- Set goals and expectations for the internship experience
- Provide evaluation of student performance
- Provide supervision, guidance, and feedback to the intern regarding his/her work performance
- Report any concerns to the Internship Coordinator
- Facilitate the student’s understanding of the company’s operations
- Provide guidance to the intern regarding appropriate professional conduct at the work site
- Enhance student learning by consulting with the Internship Faculty Advisor regarding academic requirements
